Some of our users are experiencing problems recieving emails from us.

The following reasons for this maybe:
  • Your ISP is blocking our mailserver
  • The emails are being marked as spam and you should therefore check your spam folder.
Since the only way to reset your password is via email, we have implemented a new 'Security Word' procedure.

This procedure is used when emails are not being recieved from our server and the only option is a manual reset.

Staff will ask you for this security word before manually editing ANY of your profile details (i.e. email address, password ect).

NOTE: We will only ask for your security word AFTER you have contacted us regarding account issues.
